MICROBIOLOGY GRADUATION CEREMONY-Spring 2026
The Microbiology graduation celebration will be on June 8th at 5PM in the HUB (Lyceum) Room 160.
The following courses are the requirements and options available for students pursuing a degree in Microbiology from the University of Washington, Seattle Campus.

We are no longer teaching the lab MICROM 461, we only offer the lecture now (MICROM 460). this is not showing correctly on the degree audit though, it is currently being updated.
UPDATE: MICROM 435 will no longer be taught after AUT 2024 quarter. Please plan on taking 2 of the other 3 courses for your Diversity and ecology section, as MICROM 435 will not be an option going forward.
MICROM 431 is now being taught in Spring quarters. It will no longer be taught in Winter.

Elective credits from the approved list to reach a total of 28 when the distribution areas are satisfied.
